Age 94, of Brighton, Massachusetts passed away on March 19, 2024. He was born and lived in Karachi, Pakistan for 24 years, lived in Kuwait for 36 years and came to the United States in 1989. He was an accountant for most of his working years at the Bank of Kuwait and the Middle East in Kuwait and then as a bookkeeper at Peoples Federal Saving Bank now part of Rockland Trust in Brighton, Massachusetts. He was the Treasurer for the Fatima Shrine in Brighton, Massachusetts until 2020, and a Lector and Eucharistic Minister at St. Columbkille Church in Brighton, Massachusetts until 2021.
Clement is survived by his son Anthony, his daughters Judith and MaryAnn, his four grandchildren Elizabeth, Jude, Justin and Mathieu, his grand son-in-law Casey Rosengren, his great grandchild Cyril John (CJ), his sister Cecilia Pinto, sister-in-law Palmira Pereira and several nieces and nephews, their children, and grandchildren. Married for 60 years, Clement was preceded in death by his loving wife Monica, his son-in-law Cyril Ferrao, sister Juliana Menezes, sisters-in-law Lucinda Mendonca, Dora Pinto, Anne Sequeira, and Deanna Andrew, brothers Anthony M. Pinto, Bento Pinto, and Louis Pinto, and brothers-in- law Francis Menezes, George Mendonca, Oscar Pereira, Emmanuel Sequeira and Victor Andrew. He was a loving and cherished husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle and will be sorely missed by his family and his parish.
Visiting Hours on Sunday, March 24th from 4pm to 7pm at the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave (nr. Brighton Courthouse) Brighton. Funeral Mass in St Columbkille Church 321 Market Street Brighton at 10:30am on March 25th. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
