Carolyn Schofield Obituary

Of Waltham, August 8, 2017.  Beloved wife of the late Kenneth J. Schofield. Daughter of the late Francis P. & Anna (Marchand) Hayes. Devoted mother of Kenneth H. Schofield & Carolyn of Sacco, ME, Kimberly M. (Schofield) Poirier of Waltham, and Steven J Schofield of Waltham.  Dear sister of Robert Hayes & Cathy of San Francisco, CA, Janet (Hayes)Var & Robert of Waltham, Eleanor (Hayes) Var & John of Roseville, CA, and the late Franklin Hayes. Loving Grandmother of Brian, David, & Rachel Schofield of Sacco, ME and Alisha Schofield of Hudson. Aunt to Karen Hayes Fonstein of Woburn and John & Eric Hayes of Waltham. Carolyn was a receptionist for the New England Journal of Medicine and a Hostess at the Chateau restaurant in Waltham for 35 years.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, August 15th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Chateau Restaurant, 195 School St, Waltham.  Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.  Interment Private.
