Mary M (Morra) Eckel

of Belmont and Falmouth, formerly of Brighton, May 25, 2019.  Beloved wife of Ronald Eckel of Belmont.  Devoted mother of Christopher Eckel of Brighton, Matthew Eckel and his wife Lindsey of Burlington, and Carolyn Eckel of Belmont. Loving grandmother of Alexa and Blake Eckel. Dear sister of the late Patricia Morra. Sister of Karen Morra and Joseph Morra and his wife Barbara. Daughter of the late Joseph L. and Mary M. (Donovan) Morra. Niece of Phyllis McCarthy.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mary was a dedicated teacher at Presentation and Jackson Schools. Funeral from the Lehman, Reen, & McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave., Friday, May 31st at 9:00am.  Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ignatius of Loyola Church, 28 Commonwealth Ave., Chestnut Hill at 10:00am.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.  Visiting hours Thursday, May 30th from 4 – 8pm. Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, donations of perennial flowering plants may be sent to the funeral home to be replanted at venues important to Mary.
