Robert DuFault Obituary
Age 91, Formerly of Allston October 22, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Mabel R. (Dungan) Dufault, passed away peacefully at Osprey Lodge Tavares, Florida. He was born March 31, 1927 in Salem, MA. Son of the late Alphonse and Anna (April) Dufault. Surviving him are his 7 children, Marybeth Mahoney & her husband Paul of Millis, Robert Dufault & his wife Diane of Scituate, Frederick Dufault & his wife MarySharon of Holliston, Thomas Dufault & his wife Carol of Revere, Philip Dufault & his wife Donna of Connecticut, Christopher Dufault of Tavares, FL, Suzanne Dinmore & her husband Joseph of Tavares, FL and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces & nephews. Beloved brother of Alice Ryan of Salem, OR. He was predeceased by his brother Roger Dufault, his sisters Rita Cutrara, Jeanette Girard and Yvonne Gray.
Robert was a Navy Veteran and a Boston Police Detective. He enjoyed many summers in Ogunquit, Maine and he had a fondness of animals, especially his dog, Logan. He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony’s Church 43 Holton Street Allston on November 2nd at 10am. Burial will be private for his family.
