Barbara Conroy

Barbara Conroy, 94, of Brighton, MA, passed away, on Friday, February 16, 2024, at home. Born in Cor Na Ron, Inverin County Galway, Ireland, she was the daughter of the late Tadhe and Brid (Costello) Conroy.
Our Mamó is survived by a daughter Barbara E. Conroy of Brighton, MA, a son, John D. Gallagher and his wife Marina of Tampa, FL, three grandchildren, Thaddeus Conroy and his wife Mary, Kyle Gallagher, and Marjorie Gallagher, three great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Sam, and Ryder, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. She was also the sister of the late Coleman Conroy, Pat Conroy, Steve Conroy, Martin Conroy, Joe Conroy, Mary Berry, and Ann Conroy.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, from 4-7PM in the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave., Brighton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 10AM from the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM in St. Anthony’s Church, 43 Holton St., Allston.
