Barbara J. Polcaro in Plaistow NH, formerly of Allston and Natick, passed away on June 3, 2026. She was born in Boston to the late Frank and Teresa (Astore) Polcaro. Devoted mother of Frederick Williamson and his wife Brenda, Deborah Standke and her husband Rudi, Wayne Williamson and the late Scott James. Loving grandmother of Kellie Gaskill, Danielle Williamson, Kerowyn Kent, Julianna Kent, Stephen and Emily Costello. Great grandmother of Christopher Gagnon and Mila Williamson. Cherished sister of Jeanette Marino, Joanne Waswill and Frank “Porky” Polcaro. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting Hours in the Lehman Reen McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave. Brighton, Ma on Saturday, June 6th from 11am-1pm. Followed by a Funeral Service at 1pm.
