Carol A. (Clarke) Meier

Carol A. (Clarke) Meier of Brighton passed away on August 3, 2026. She was born in Brighton on April 13, 1938, to the late Henry and Mary (Kane) Clarke. Beloved wife of the late Alvin Meier. Devoted mother of Gary Meier and his wife Theresa and Carolyn “Sissy” Meier all of Brighton. Loving grandmother of Abby Meier and fiancé Eric Nesmith and Matty Meier. Great grandmother of Eric Nesmith. Cherished sister of Richard Clarke and his wife Christine, and the late Mary Frances Smith and her late husband Donald, the late Patricia Silva and her late husband Sonny. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave (nr Brighton Courthouse) Brighton on Saturday August 8th at 9am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Columbkille Church 321 Market St Brighton at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. Visiting Hours on Friday August 7th from 4-7pm in the funeral home. Carol was longtime member of the Ladies Auxiliary K of C Brighton Council #121 and Court Our Lady of the Presentation #1545 Catholic Daughters.
