In Derry, NH formerly of Brighton, Ma passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025. Carol was born in Boston, MA on April 9,1958 to the late Maurice Woods SR. And Rita (Spagnuolo). Carol was raised in Brighton, MA where she became known as “sista C” or “Aunty Carol” to many. She worked at the Allston/Brighton ABCD Head start locations for many years making lifelong friendships. Carol is survived by her loving husband Paul, her older sister Denise, her niece’s Deanna, Vanessa, Alyson, Shauna, and Ashley. Her Nephew/Godson Nicholas. Her Great nephew’s Alexandre, Isaiah, Charlie and Blueberry and her Great niece’s Yanni, Bean and Stella. Carol will be welcomed at the gates of Heaven by her Late Brother’s Chip & Kevin her late sister Kathy, Late niece Daniele and her and Paul’s two cats Sebastian and Penelope. Carol’s beautiful personality will be greatly missed by so many. 

Visiting hours will be Thursday May 1 from 5-7pm at Lehman, Reen, & McNamara Funeral Home (nr Brighton Courthouse). Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.   Graveside Service in St. Joseph Cemetery, 990 LaGrange Street West Roxbury on Friday May 2nd at 12:30pm
