Christine Fahey (80) passed away peacefully on 4/8/26. Born in County Galway Ireland, she moved to USA at 17 years old with just the clothes on her back. She quickly acclimated to America, living in Chicago, New York City, and eventually settling in Boston. It was there that she met her love, Jerry, and together they raised their children.
Despite many hardships in her life, her steadfast faith always helped her overcome them. She was a true inspiration to many.
She enjoyed the beach, 60’s and 70’s music, and good cuisine. She will be remembered for her heartwarming smile, exuberant laugh, caring nature, profound spirituality, and unbelievable resilience.
Adored daughter of the late James and Mary Fahey of Ireland. Dear sister to Ned and the late Patrick, Frances, Julia, Michael, John, Joe, Mary, Paul and Elizabeth. Loving mother to Jerry Fahey of Worcester, Bridget Armstrong and her husband Jim of Bridgewater, and Cheryl Fahey of Quincy. Cherished grandmother to Summer, James, Alana and Preston. Also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
