Dale Stearns Obituary
In Memory of Dale W. Stearns of Brighton, August 6, 2019.
Beloved husband of Marilyn R. Stearns and his late wives, Eleanor Moran Stearns and Joan Reynolds Stearns. Son of the late Norman and Freda Stearns of Maine. Devoted father of Jinjer Reynolds-Twitchell, Faith Confrey, Lynn Weiser, Ruth Giannoumis, Bruce W. Stearns and his stepchildren, Midge Belyea, Eleanor Dion, Francis, Suzanne and Matthew Belyea. He was a very loving Papa to Jesse, Angie and the late Adam Belyea. He has many other loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, including Gabrielle Van Story, Brian Twitchell, Tyler Crawford-Biggs and his late grandsons Alexander Belyea and Robyn Twitchell. He was a close friend of Roger Despres.
He has several friends at Vita Needle, Needham where he enjoyed working later in life. He was a resident at the Presentation Rehabilitation for the past 1½ years and thanks to all the staff who cared for him, especially Stella.
He is a Korean War veteran having served in the Navy.
Interment will take place at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne on Tuesday, August 20th at 11am. Friends and relatives are kindly invited to attend.
