David Allen Genereux

David Allen Genereux, 56, of Northbridge, Massachusetts died February 13, 2021 in UMass Worcester Hospital after a sudden heart attack.
 At David’s request a private ceremony will take place at a later date.

David was born in Providence, Rhode Island on January 22, 1965. He Graduated from Burrillville high school and was a resident of Burrillville for most of his life. David worked in construction until a workplace accident left him unable to continue his career. Throughout his life he enjoyed weightlifting, ice hockey, and canoeing.  David was also an avid reader throughout most of his life. He was quick with a joke and had an unfiltered sense of humor and will be missed by many.
David is survived by his mother, Doris Fitzgerald, his children Ashley Cotnoir, and Cameron Genereux, his granddaughter, Violet Genereux; his sisters, Marcia Chaunt, Cheryl Gagnon, Rhonda Jorritsma, Paula Colburn, Stacy Usher, Juanita Phillips, and his brother, Leslie Martin. He is predeceased by his father Allen Genereux.
