Donald F. Quin Jr.

Donald F Quin, Jr 72 of Brighton, MA. passed away on October 16, 2025, surrounded by his loving family, following a brief illness.
Don retired from the City of Boston and recently worked for Hub Security. He was an avid sports fan and faithfully followed Boston College hockey and football and the Celtics. He was also a Drum Corp International fan attending competitions every season. It was only fitting for him to witness his favorite Corp; the Boston Crusaders win their first championship this past August. Don loved the beach, especially Green Harbor, Burke’s Beach and Duxbury, where he spent the summer in the sun with family and friends!
Don was the son of the late Donald and Jean (Morrison) Quin of Brighton and is survived by his sister Kathleen Brennan and husband Timothy of Plymouth, MA, brothers Peter Quin of Bristol, RI, Paul Quin and wife Mary of Burnsville, MN and Stephen Quin of Brighton, MA, his niece and nephews, Timothy and Tabitha Brennan and Daniel and Michael Quin, and grand niece and nephew Ellie and Graeme Brennan, as well as many relatives and friends.
Don was a well-loved man and will be remembered for his kind and caring heart. Per Don’s request, there will be no services. If you wish, you may donate to your favorite charity in Don’s memory.
