Eileen M. (Tobin) Martin of Chestnut Hill, formerly of Allston, passed away on October 18, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Edmond J. Martin. Devoted mother of Stephen J. Martin and his wife Kathryn of Wareham, Robert E. Martin of Quincy, Cynthia A. Kelly of WY, Nancy T. Martin-McLellan and her husband Michael of FL, Mary L. Martin of Lakeville, John F. Martin of West Roxbury, David B. Martin of Wakefield, and Michael J. Martin and his wife Julie of NC. Dear sister of James Tobin of Brighton, William Tobin of FL, Richard Tobin of Bellingham, and the late Rita Tobin, John “Jackie” Tobin, and Mary Pagano. Loving grandmother of Arianna Martin, Kiara J.K. Tobin, Stephen and Jason Sylvester, Kevin Short, Amy Quinn, Megan Tripaldi, Seth Martin-Wick, Molly Coley and her husband Dylan Coley, Matthew Martin, and the late Sean Martin, and Joshua Kelley. Also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Funeral from the Lehman Reen McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave., Brighton, on Wednesday, October 23rd at 9:00am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony Church, 43 Holton St., Allston at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
Visiting Hours Tuesday October 22nd from 3pm to 7pm in the Funeral Home.
