Elaine Milligan-Bletzer, aged 66, of Brighton, MA, passed away on March 10, 2024. She was born on April 21, 1957, in Brighton, MA.
Elaine was a devoted mother survived by her children: William Bletzer Jr. and wife Jeanette of Bridgewater, Amanda Bletzer-Taddeo and husband Jeremy Taddeo of Billerica, Robert Bletzer of Brighton, and Alyssa Bletzer of West Roxbury. She was also cherished by her grandchildren: William Bletzer III, Nathan Taddeo, and Douglas Taddeo.
Elaine graduated in 1975 from Saint Columbkille High School and attended nursing school before finishing her education at Aquinas Junior College. She was a dedicated worker who spent many years at Staples in Brighton before working as an office assistant at Stadium Auto Body in Allston and Hynes Auto Center in Roslindale.
Elaine was known for her love of animals, silly sense of humor, and being a great storyteller. Her hobbies included reading, crocheting blankets for her family, enjoying shows on BBC, and spending time with her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Gifford Cat Shelter or Dana Farber in memory of Elaine Milligan-Bletzer.
