Elena "Lili" (Dumitriu) Palasanu

Elena “Lili” Palasanu, age 88 of Framingham, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Care Dimensions Hospice House of Lincoln. Lili was the beloved wife of the late Nicky Palasanu. Born in Bucharest, Romania, she moved to Framingham to be near her daughter, Roxana. She is survived by her daughter, Roxana Plohotniuc , granddaughter Olivia Plohotniuc and her partner Andrew Koval of Framingham, MA, son Radu Palasanu and wife Mihalea Palasanu, granddaughter Amalia Hauck and husband Christian and grandson Alex Palasanu and great grandchildren Laura Marie and Stefan Maximilian from Munich, Germany, as well as her sister Ani Dumitriu from Bucharest, Romania. She will also be greatly missed by the family pets Rupert, Benito and Paco, to whom she gave many treats and cuddles. Her love of numbers led her to become a well-respected accountant in Bucharest. During her spare time, she loved traveling and cooking elaborate dishes from scratch for everyone she knew. She also had a passion for reading, shopping and knitting. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the International Myeloma Foundation.
