Frederick “Fred” L. Hinckley, Jr. of Brighton passed away May 19, 2026. He was born in Brighton on March 27, 1949, to the late Frederick and Anne Josephine (Hunt) Hinckley. Devoted father of Wendy Hinckley. Former husband of Marjorie (Holmes) Almeida. Cousin of David Hunt. Fred found joy in the simple pleasures and adventures of life. He loved all sports, especially playing softball, bowling and golf. His passion was riding his Harley across the country with the open road ahead of him and making memories at his home in New Hampshire.
Visiting Hours in the Lehman Reen McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave Brighton on Monday June 8th from 11am-1pm. Followed by a Funeral Service at 1pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. He was a member of the Army National Guard.
