George Haynes III Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Edmund Haynes III, of Newton, MA (previously of New York, NY) on the morning of Friday, August 30, 2024.  Born and raised in historic Harlem, New, York, was an artist and youth counselor for most of his adult life. The grandson of George Edmund Haynes and Elizabeth Ross Haynes, the loving son of the late George Haynes Jr. and Daisy (Alexander) Haynes, devoted brother of the late Alan Ross Haynes, and devoted brother of Bruce D. Haynes of Davis, CA., and his wife Syma Solovitch.  George is survived by his son, Khalid Enahora, two daughters, Fatisha Enahora Grayson, and Basheerah Enahora, and his granddaughter, Yasmeen Enahora.  Rest in Peace Brother George!

His family will receive friends, and a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 6, 2024, at 10:30 AM in St. Columbkille Church, 321 Market St. Brighton. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment private. For directions and guest book please visit www.lehmanreen.com
