Helen Anne (Collins) Cowan

Helen Anne (Collins) Cowan of Abington, formerly of Allston, passed away on May 5, 2024. Loving daughter of Helen (Roache) Collins and the late Cornelius Collins. Devoted mother of Elizabeth "Libby" (Cowan) Bartholomae and her husband Matthew of Franklin, Benjamin Cowan and his wife Lena of Hingham, Kat Cowan of Woburn.  Cherished sister of Catherine Sutherland and her husband Eugene of Burlington, the late James Collins, and the late Patricia Rollfs. Adoring sister-in-law of Denyse Collins of Wilmington and the late Eric Rollfs. Also survived by her beloved nieces, nephews, and their children.

Helen was longtime employee of Atrius Health, formerly Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Helen loved spending time at the beach on Mashnee Island, with her sweet dog Ellie. 

Funeral from the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave (nr Brighton Courthouse) BRIGHTON on Tuesday May 14th at 9am. Followed by Funeral Mass in St. Anthony Church, 43 Holton Street Allston at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Private.  Visiting Hours on Monday May 13th from 4-8pm in the funeral home.
