Helen D. (Driscoll) Greene

Helen (Driscoll) Greene of Brighton passed away on October 29, 2025. She was born in Boston on November 24, 1934, to the late William and Mary Frances (MacDonald) Driscoll. Beloved wife of the late Robert F. Greene for 67 years. She was the devoted mother of 5 children. Kathleen (Greene) Garon and her husband Richard of Hampstead, NH, Robert F. Greene Jr. and his fiancé Pamela Jack of Hampstead, NH, Richard F. Greene and his wife Patricia of St. Petersburg, Florida, and W. Michael “Chip” Greene and his wife Terry of Brighton and the late Susan (Greene) Eustice. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and an army of nieces and nephews.

Helen was a member of The Daughters of the Nile, Framingham Masonic Alpha Lodge and Aleppo Shriners of Wilmington. Even though she was proud of the work she did for these organizations her greatest joy was being a mother, grandmother (nana) and great grandmother (Gigi) to her family.

Visiting hours are Sunday Nov. 9 from 4-7 pm at Lehman, Reen and McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave. Brighton Ma. Funeral from the funeral home on Monday Nov. 10 at 10am followed by the funeral at St. Columbkille Church, 321 Market St. Brighton at 11 am. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Brighton. All family and friends are invited.
