Jean Marie (Ackerly) Shea of Allston passed away on May 17, 2024. Beloved wife of the late William J. Shea. Devoted mother of Paula Carney of Bourne and Joan Shea of Allston and the late William L. Shea. Loving grandmother of Drew Bowman and his partner Kimberly Whiting of Watertown. Sister of Barbara Tierney and Ernest “Gus” Ackerly and his wife Linda. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave., Brighton on Tuesday May 21st at 9am. Followed by Funeral Mass in St. Anthony Church 43 Holton Street Allston at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Private.
Visiting Hours on Monday May 20th from 4-7pm in the funeral home.
