Joan Moynihan Obituary
of Brighton, formerly of Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on January 22, 2022. Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Nancy (Sullivan) Moynihan. Dear sister of the late Eileen O’Connell, Michael, and Thomas Moynihan. Loving aunt of Julie Bannon and her husband Gerard “Chipper” Bannon of Needham, Marie O’Connell of Everett, Joanne O’Connell of West Roxbury, and Nancy O’Brien of Needham. Also survived by many grand nieces and nephews.
Joan was a longtime employee of Bank of Boston.
Visiting hour in the Lehman Reen McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave., (nr. Brighton Courthouse) BRIGHTON, on Wednesday, January 26th from 8:30am to 9:30am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Columbkille Church, 321 Market St., Brighton at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Brighton.
