Joseph Glennon

Joseph M. Glennon of Chestnut Hill passed away on August 4, 2023.  Beloved husband of the late Ann (Mellett) Glennon.  Devoted father of Thomas and his wife Kathy of Walpole, Maureen Glennon of Walpole, Anne Tobin of Newton, Theresa Glennon of Watertown and Joseph and his wife Dina of Walpole.  Loving grandfather of Michael Collins and his wife Rachel, Thomas, Christopher, and Matthew Glennon, Joseph and Daniel Glennon, and Ryan, Nicholas, William, Katie, and Emily Tobin. Brother of Kathleen Smith and her husband John of Avon, and the late Mary Cote and James Glennon Also survived by several nieces and nephews.  

Visiting Hours in the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave (nr Brighton Courthouse) BRIGHTON on Monday August 14th from 11am-1pm.  Followed by Funeral Service at 1pm.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.  Interment Private. 

Army Veteran Korea.

Joe was a Union Plumber and worked many years at the City of Boston Housing Department.  After retiring, Joe spent most of his time enjoying the beach at Marco Island.
