Julie Dang of Brighton passed away peacefully on April 3, 2026. She was 70 years old.
Born on July 8, 1955, in My Tho, Vietnam, Julie was the beloved daughter of the late Toi Van Nguyen and Chon Thi Tran.
Julie was the devoted wife of Hoa Van Dang, and a loving and proud mother to Hai Dang, Uyen Dang, and Son Dang. She was a cherished grandmother to Thao Dang, Huy Dang, and Tien Amber Dang, and a beloved aunt to Ngoc Thai.
To many in the Brighton community, Julie was more than a business owner—she was the heart and soul behind Dana’s Nail Salon, which she ran with dedication for many years. Known as a true “boss lady,” Julie was hardworking, strong, and full of warmth. She greeted everyone with a smile, built lasting relationships with her clients, and made everyone who walked through her doors feel welcomed and cared for.
Above all, Julie was a loving mother and a constant source of strength, comfort, and support to her family. Her kindness, resilience, and generous spirit touched so many lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
