Margaret Coakley Obituary
Margaret J. (Parsons) Coakley of Brighton formerly of Cambridge passed away on December 1, 2023. Beloved wife of the late John J. Coakley, Sr. Devoted mother of Mary Dargin and her husband Joseph of Pembroke, John J. “Jack” Coakley and his wife Diana of Wilmington, Kenneth M. Coakley of Marlborough. Loving grandmother of Jennifer Dargin Popp, Nicole Coakley, Christopher Dargin, Danielle Coakley and John Coakley. Great grandmother of Elle, Daisy and Griffin Popp. John Parsons of Lynnfield, Kenneth Parsons of Lynnfield, Carole McCusker of Billerica and Michael Parsons of Brighton the late Barbara Hardy, Robert Parsons, Mary DeBolt, James Parsons, Rita Parsons, William Parsons, Catherine Cardarelli. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting in the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home 63 Chestnut Hill Ave (nr. Brighton Courthouse) on Saturday December 9th from 9-10am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Columbkille Church 321 Market Street Brighton at 10:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Mrs. Coakley may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
