Matilda "Teddi" (Leary) Butler

Matilda J. "Teddi" (Leary) Butler Of Brighton passed away on June 2, 2024.   Beloved wife of the late William “Bud” Butler. Devoted mother of Julianne “Julie” Butler of Dorchester, Robert “Bobby” (B.P.D. D-14) and his wife Tracie of Woburn, Karen Long and her husband Brian, and the late Deborah A. Gentilucci and her surviving husband Gerry all of Brighton. Loving Grandmother to Casey Horan and her husband Sean, Micaela Ratcliffe, Eric, Thomas and Jessica Butler, Caragh Gentilucci, Jamie Long and Kaitlynn Butler.  Gigi of Finn Thomas Horan.  Chosen Grandmother to Seth. Sister of Robert Leary, Roberta Leary, Ed O’Leary and the late Gertrude Neenan, Francis, Arthur Jr, John Leary. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Lehman & Reen Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave.(nr Brighton Court House) BRIGHTON Thursday June 6th at 9:30am.  Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Columbkille Church 321 Market St Brighton at 10:30am.  Relatives and Friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment St Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.  Visiting hours Wednesday June 5th from 4-8pm in the funeral home.
