Rita Premanie (Waranakula) Fernando of Brighton passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 77. Beloved wife for 37 years to the late Anthony Denzil Fernando. Loving mother of Judith Sheolie Fernando and her husband Alvin Ramsey and Dinali Fernando and her husband Sebastien Talbot. Sister of Jayantha, Rohan, Dharshini, Chandini, Nayana, Judith and the late Ranjan and Christy. Daughter of the late Benedict and Gladys (Perera) Waranakula.
Visiting Hours on Friday May 17th from 4-8pm at Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave, Brighton (near Brighton Courthouse). Funeral Mass in St. Columbkille Church,
321 Market Street, Brighton on Saturday, May 18th at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Mt. Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury.
