Bill was a beloved “Grumpy” to 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He enjoyed.

sharing stories of his children’s ‘wilder’ days with his grandchildren and always had advice to

give about training the family dogs, a passion of his.

Spinney and her husband Charley, Bill Tapley and his wife Lisa, John Tapley, and Tad Slavan.
