William Councilman Obituary
William aka "Mr. Bill" as known by many, is survives by his three loving daughters Kristen L. Losh, Mary E. Councilman, and Sharyn M. Coelho. He was incredibly grateful for the friendships he had with Louis and Bodi. He had three granddaughters, Emalee, Kassidy and Nora, as well as one grandson, Brian Edward. He also leaves behind a son, Christopher Councilman.
