Yin Wong Obituary
Yin Wan Wong of Newton passed away on May 21, 2022. Devoted wife of late Doo Wing Wong and beloved mother to Chung and Suk Fun Wong. Yin Wan is survived by her two children, Chung and his wife Mee Sze of Framingham, Suk Fun of Ridgefield CT, and her five loving grandchildren. Yin worked as a clerk and migrated to the United States in 1971 with her family.
Yin Wan is remembered as a quiet, funny and proud grandmother. Yin Wan was a talented cook who lived life to the fullest. Her favorite thing was spending time with her family, cooking for her grandchildren, traveling with her friends on cruises, taking walks outside, exercising at the YMCA in Chinatown, listening to the news and watching Chinese TV dramas.
A visitation will be held in Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home on Wednesday June 1, 2022, from 10am to 12pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
