On behalf of myself and my son and daughter I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through the unexpected yet expected passing of my ex and my kids Dad on July 15th From the initial phone call to his burial you especially and your staff helped us through such a difficult time .Your compassion and direction were insurmountable! Even though it sounds “quirky” Paul looked good and it gave us such peace ! I also follow the daily grief support you have on your website and it helps me a lot!

I was raised in Brighton for 30+ years and when my beloved mother passed, I knew right away I had to call John. He walked me through every single step, made it comfortable, and very relaxed. I was not going to do a viewing, but due to COVID I thought it was the right thing to do. John supported this and my biggest fear in life was to walk up to my mother's casket, however she looked so beautiful and at peace. John and his team were amazing, from the initial phone call to post services. I cannot thank you enough. In my hardest moment in my life, you and your team brought much comfort during a grieving and challenging time.
